San Francisco, 110 The Embarcadero, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA

ABOUT THE EVENT

As the housing market enters a new era shaped by data, automation, and rapidly advancing technologies, industry leaders are beginning to rethink longstanding assumptions about how homes are valued, marketed, and transacted. From shifting consumer expectations to new digital tools and decision-making processes, AI is becoming an increasingly influential force across the residential real estate ecosystem. This conversation will offer a forward-looking perspective on what these changes may mean for the future of housing and the systems that support it.

Join the Center for California Real Estate (CCRE) at the Commonwealth Club in San Francisco on Tuesday, August 4 for a discussion on the intersection of artificial intelligence and residential real estate. As AI continues to evolve, its implications for the housing industry are wide-ranging and still unfolding. This panel brings together voices from across sectors to explore how these technologies may shape the way real estate is understood, experienced, and delivered in the years ahead.

The program will begin with a networking breakfast from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., followed by a panel discussion from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
